Prometeia, one of the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, is looking for a resource to be included in the Information Technology area at the Company's HQ. 

 
MAIN TASKS:

1st level support on applications and the company's hardware fleet through the management of the support service for personnel on-site and off-site remotely and will deal with the collection of reports, management of IT and telematic requests and resolution of related issues. 

 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Diploma or degree in technical informatics disciplines 
  • Having gained 1 - 2 years of working experience in the ICT function of modernly structured companies is considered a plus.
  • Good knowledge of English, knowledge of a second foreign language welcome
 
SOFT SKILLS:
  • Excellent problem solving and communication diagnosis skills
  • Organization of your work, time management 
  • Attitude for teamwork
  • Excellent communicative and relational skills
