People Development


The successful candidate will be placed in the HR department at the Company's HQ in the organization and development team.

  • Analysis of business processes and organizational procedures to promote coordination between functions, process efficiency and measurement of results
  • Development of change management initiatives following the introduction of new applications or new processes to support internal functions
  • Analysis, selection, and implementation of software solutions in the field of HR Development
  • Support in the ordinary management and new initiatives in the field of Performance management, MBO, Career Development, Talent Management and the various activities of employee engagement
  • Design and development of metrics, KPIs and dashboards on the different initiatives and processes controlled by the HR function
  • Business support in deploying new processes and is a reference point at the company level
  • Similar experience of at least 4/5 years in international companies, preferably in primary consulting realities, managing strategic and challenging projects in dynamic and evolving business contexts
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner for service companies
  • Master's degree in Economics and/or Management Engineering 
  • A Master's degree in Business Organisation/Human Resources Management would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of HR core processes 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (with particular reference to PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Knowledge of HR software for the management of Performance Management, Reward Processes, Talent Management, ...
  • Passion for technology, proven experience with software solutions in the field of HR Development
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to get back in the game
  • Ability to listen

  • Pragmatism and decision making
  • Ability to work by objectives, strong attitude to problem-solving, ability to summarize and analyze
  • Ability to work in teams and with Top Management / C-Level interlocutors
  • Very good knowledge of English and welcome knowledge of a second foreign language
